Where is my serial number? The serial number is printed on the sticker on the side of your inverter or battery. You can also find it on your purchase invoice from the dealer.

My serial number is not showing up. What should I do?
If your product was recently purchased, please allow 24–48 hours for your warranty to be registered. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase invoice.
I have both an inverter and batteries. Do I get separate certificates?
Yes. Enter your inverter serial number to download the inverter warranty certificate. Then enter your battery serial number separately to download the battery warranty certificate.
What does the warranty cover?
The Deye manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from improper installation, modifications, natural disasters, or unauthorised repairs.
How do I claim warranty service?
Contact your dealer or reach out to Rensolve India directly. Keep your warranty certificate and purchase invoice handy. Our service team covers all districts across Kerala.
Can I download the certificate again later?
Yes, you can return to this page and download your warranty certificate anytime using the same serial number.
I purchased from a dealer. Why is my name not on file?
Rensolve India distributes products to authorised dealers across Kerala. We record serial numbers but not end-customer names. That is why you enter your name during download — it will appear on your warranty certificate.
