Where is my serial number?
The serial number is printed on the sticker on the side of your inverter. You can also find it on your purchase invoice from the dealer.

My serial number is not showing up. What should I do?
If your inverter was recently purchased, please allow 24–48 hours for your warranty to be registered in our system. If the issue persists after that, please contact us with your purchase invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
The Deye manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modifications, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs. For complete terms, refer to the warranty policy included with your certificate.
How do I claim warranty service?
Contact your dealer or reach out to Rensolve India directly. Keep your warranty certificate and purchase invoice handy. Our service team covers all districts across Kerala.
Can I download the certificate again later?
Yes, you can return to this page and download your warranty certificate anytime using the same serial number and KW details.
I purchased from a dealer. Why is my name not on file?
Rensolve India distributes inverters to authorised dealers across Kerala. We record the inverter serial numbers but not the end-customer names. That is why you enter your name during the download — it will be printed on your warranty certificate.
